How to create Health ID card Online in Your Mobile phone ?
Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission scheme in National Digital Health Mission .card prepared by Central Government.
● At first visit the website https://healthid.ndhm.gov.in
● Go to the Generate Your Id Section if your Adhaar in linked mobile number is active Then Click the >Generate Via Adhaar
● If Your Mobile Number is not linked in the Adhaar then go to > I don't have Aadhaar / I don't want to use my Aadhaar for creating Health ID > Click Here
● Generate Via Mobile >Put Your Mobile Number and tick the Agree Box> tick the I'm not a robot & Submit.
● Enter Your received 6 Digits of OTP Code then Submit.
● Create Your Profile with Name, Birthday,gender,PHR Address (Personal Health Records) choose manually >Set Password>Address. Select State & District then submit .
Your Health ID card is Ready
Note: All are red Asterisk mark is Mandatory to fill up.
